Your member number isn’t available online. It’s easy to find, though! You can locate it on the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement if you receive it by mail, or you can visit your closest branch

Finding your account number is easy. To locate your full account number online, click on any of your Teachers accounts, then click on the grey drop down arrow next to the “Account Details” field. Underneath that a new screen will appear and you can see your full account number in the “ACH Number” field.

For the fastest way to receive a validation code, we recommend using an email that isn’t associated with a gmail address.

If you’re a joint member looking for online statements, unfortunately only the primary member can see them. If you’re having trouble with your browser, we recommend updating your browser settings. Test your settings here.

We recommend using the funds in your account to make your loan payments. Simply go to “Move Money”, then “Make a Transfer”, then select the “To” and “From” account to complete the payment. 

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear about your card. Please give us a call at 1-855-462-5880 to close your credit card and call 1-800-472-3272 to close a debit card. We’ll make sure everything is taken care of to keep your account safe and secure.

We need a SIGNED request for a change of address to occur. We use signature verification to prevent people from fraudulently changing members addresses. We have an online form available: Change of Address Form
