How to Apply for a Visa Student Credit Card
Prepare
Have your driver's license or government-issued ID and your Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) ready. You will also need a copy of your Student ID and school schedule.learn more
Apply
Complete the application with your contact information, employment status, and income.
Validate
Teachers will review your credit score and credit history to determine your APR* and credit approval. Submit any final documentation and securely sign your card agreement electronically.
Activate
Once approved, you will receive your new credit card in the mail within 7–10 business days. Follow the instructions to activate your card online or by phone. Enroll in Online Banking to personalize your account preferences.

All rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Subject to creditworthiness. Not all applicants will qualify. APR will be 13.00% to 18.00%. The standard APR is based on your creditworthiness and adjusts with the current U.S. Prime Rate.

Membership at Teachers is required by opening a Regular Savings account or Youth Savings account with a minimum opening deposit of $1.00.
