Teachers Federal Credit Union Awards $2,500 Scholarship to Deer Park High School Graduating Senior

Teachers Federal Credit Union, one of the country’s largest credit unions, awarded a $2,500 education scholarship to Long Island high school graduating seniors within the communities it serves as part of the credit union’s ongoing efforts to provide support and encouragement to students interested in continuing their education. 

At a recent ceremony held at TFCU headquarters in Hauppauge, Thomas A. Fallon, COO of TFCU, presented one of six $2,500 educational scholarships to Alexandria Maniscalco of Deer Park, a graduate of Deer Park High School who plans to attend the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania to study forensic chemistry.

“Long Island has many ambitious graduating high school seniors seeking to further their education and pursue their chosen careers. The six recipients of this year’s educational scholarships are exceptional students with admirable academic goals.
