We are excited to announce that the accounts of former members of LOMTO Federal Credit Union are expected to migrate over to TFCU’s system over the next 30-45 days. This upgrade will provide our newest members with access to our state-of-the-art online banking, mobile banking and Bill Payer systems as well as other enhanced products and services, including:
- Enhanced processing for teller transactions will allow us to serve you even faster
- Improved transaction processing will allow all transactions to be posted on weekends/holidays
- Enhanced online banking and mobile banking options so that your account information is at your fingertips 24/7
- More functionality with our online membership, account opening, and loan application processes, including the ability to track your loan application
Our team is committed to the success of this project, and our dedicated employees are working to make this upgrade as smooth as possible for all members.
Account Numbers / Account IDs
The good news is that you will keep your Account Number – we are just adding an “8000” prefix. We will have new Account IDs for shares and loans that correspond to your current accounts.
For example, if your current account number is 123456, your new account number will be 8000123456.
Please note that if you have multiple accounts, you will retain the oldest account number as your one and only number, with all of your other accounts under that one account number. If you currently have a debit/ATM card with your LOMTO account, you will receive a new, TFCU-issued card in advance of the system conversion.
If you currently have automatic payments or deposits into your LOMTO account, they will not be affected by the migration – it will automatically carry over into your new TFCU account.
If you currently use LOMTO’s online banking system, you will need to re-register for TFCU’s online banking system using your new TFCU account number. You can find directions on TFCU’s website by clicking here.
