TFCU offers a pre-approval mortgage program to members who are considering purchasing a new Home or considering Refinancing an existing mortgage.
Documents to be Submitted
- $125.00 application fee
- Current Rates
- Completed FNMA 1003 application OR Submit our Online Mortgage Application
- Proof of Income:
- Salaried Borrowers - One (1) Year W-2
and CURRENT paystub for EACH applicant.
- Self-Employed Borrowers - Include CURRENT and PREVIOUS years
tax returns with schedules attached.
- Retirees - Submit Social Security Award Letter, Pension Award Letter, or 1099's and one (1) month Bank Statements verifying Direct Deposit.
The $125.00 application fee will be applied against the $425.00 mortgage application fee, if you choose to continue the process with TFCU.
