TFCU has been notified by Visa that some members' Visa Credit Card or Check (Debit) card information may have been compromised as a result of a security breach that recently occurred involving unauthorized access into a third party processor's data system. This breach is not associated with TFCU's computer systems.
Members Will Automatically Receive a Replacement Card and Card Number. As a precaution and to ensure the security of personal information, affected credit or check cards will be replaced and new card numbers and new PINs (personal identification number) will be issued.

You can stop by any branch office and we'll issue a new card and PIN immediately.
Otherwise, your replacement card and PIN will be mailed to you within two weeks. You must, please, destroy your old card after you've received your new one.

Pre-authorized Payments. If you are currently using your credit or check card number for pre-authorized payments, such as newspaper subscriptions or utility bills, you will need to inform those vendors that your card number has changed.
You Are Not Liable. As a Visa cardholder, you have zero liability for fraudulent transactions.

Please Monitor Your Card Accounts. If you have used your credit or debit cards recently, please monitor your accounts online and check your monthly statement. Report any fraudulent transactions to us as soon as possible.
