Indirect Lending Coordinator

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Self Motivated. Capable of handling deadlines on a regular basis. Excellent follow up skills. Able to do Dealer visits to discuss issues and develop business relationships. Professional demeanor. One year Indirect Lending experience.

Member Services Clerk

Good clerical skills. Good computer skills. Good customer services skills.

Head Teller

Two years teller experience. Leadership qualities. Knowledge of policies & procedures. Knowledge of computer system.

PT Platform Assistant

Six (6) Months Teller Experience. Good Computer & clerical skills. Knowledge of services offered. Good customer service skills.

Loan Call Center Representative - Tier 4

(Mon-Fri 9:15am-6pm; with alternating Saturdays)
Strong computer skills. Above-average customer service skills & telephone etiquette. Excellent communication skills, Above-average knowledge of policies, procedures, consumer loans, mortgage products & services. Proven ability to cross-sell & Self-starter, Associates degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum six (6) months related experience and/or training.

Branch Support Specialist

One year teller experience. One year platform experience. Must be proficient in teller and platform operations.

Senior Teller

One year Teller experience. Knowledge of computer system. Good communication skills.

PT Call Center Representative - Tier 1

(Mon 9:15am-6pm; Thu 9am-4:30pm; Fri 9:15am-6pm; Sat 8:15am-4:30pm)
Excellent customer service skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Good computer & basic clerical skills. Knowledge of share deposit products & services preferred.

PT Call Center Representative - Tier 2

(Mon 9:15am-6pm; Thu 11am-3pm; Fri 9:15am-6pm; Sat 8:15am-4:30pm)
Excellent customer service skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Knowledge of consumer loans & mortgage products preferred. Good computer & basic clerical skills.

Part-Time Tellers

Cash-handling, good computer & customer service skills required. Teller background a plus!
