Call Center Representative - Tier 1

(Mon-Fri 9:15am-6pm; alternating Sat 8:15am-4:30pm)
Excellent customer service skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Good computer and basic clerical skills. Knowledge of share deposit products and services preferred.

Collector

(Tues 11am-8pm; Wed 8:30am-5pm; Thur 8:30am-5pm; Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 8am-4:30pm)
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Able to work in a multi-task environment. Skip tracing ability. Experience in vehicle repossessions. Capable of handling all stages of delinquency as its relates to Consumer loans, including Indirect lending, credit cards, student loans and mortgages. Minimum two (2) years collection experience.

PT Platform Assistant (Huntington Branch)

Six (6) Months Teller Experience. Good Computer & clerical skills. Knowledge of services offered. Good customer service skills.

Branch Manager

Three (3) to five (5) years credit union or related financial institution experience. Thorough knowledge of teller, platform and security operations; Supervisory experience; Notary Public. Four (4) Year Degree preferred, commensurate experience considered.

Part-Time Tellers (Huntington Branch)

Cash-handling, good computer & customer service skills required. Teller background a plus!
