Internet Explorer browser security and privacy settings may cause Online Banking to generate an error in the browser upon sign-on. The best way to resolve this without changing your security or privacy settings for your entire web experience is to add the TFCU Online Banking web addresses to the Trusted Sites zone in your browser.
Instructions: Go to the Tools menu, and then choose Internet Options. Next, click on the Security tab. Next choose the Trusted Sites icon and click the Sites... button to the right...
Type https://hb.teachersfcu.org into the available text field. Click the Add button. Then, type https://mfa.teachersfcu.org into the available text field. Click the Add button. Click the OK button to close that box, and OK one more time to close the security settings.
If you still get the error message, go back to the Trusted Sites icon, and choose the Custom Level button. In the next box, scroll down until you come to the "Scripting" area, and make sure that "Active Scripting" is enabled for this zone.
